Dylan Wagner

Software Engineer

As the primary software engineer on the CERTUS team, Dylan Wagner is responsible for the creation and evolution of the CERTUS system core software.  Consisting of an intuitive tablet based User Interface, and surface enhanced raman spectroscopy (SERS) measurement algorithms that power the Grow, Read, Detect™ process of the CERTUS system. Mr. Wagner leads the development and enhancement of simpler precise software that empowers our users.   Prior to joining the CERTUS team, Mr. Wagner worked domestically at Northgate Technologies, Inc. where he developed code for various processors, and internationally at Power Electronics in Valencia, Spain.  During his university studies, Mr. Wagner’s “Offside Detection System” was inducted into the University of Illinois Engineering Hall of Fame.  He also is an independent Android App developer. Mr. Wagner earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Wagner is fluent in English and has working proficiency in Spanish.
